A booking confirmation can be emailed to your guest directly from NightsBridge.
This feature can be accessed via Guest Communication on the Booking Details, and via the Resend Confirmation Email button on the Booking and Payment Status page.
For this feature to work, you need an email address for guest in NightsBridge. Find more help on this tutorial.
- Click on the relevant booking on your Online Calendar to open the Booking Details.
Go to Guest Communication
- Click on the booking to open the Booking Details and click on the 'Guest Communications' button.

Email the booking confirmation
- Click on 'Email Booking Confirmation'.

A confirmation message will display.

Confirmation Email not sent
If an email address is not provided on NightsBridge, an alert will display.
- Add an email address to the guest details and attempt sending the confirmation email again.

Booking confirmation can be sent to guests directly from the Booking & Payment Status page.
While on the Booking & Payment Status page of a booking:
- Click on the 'Booking Details' section to expand it.

- Click on the 'Resend Confirmation Email' button.

- Select the recipient(s).
You can choose to send the booking confirmation email to:- the guest
- the property, or
- both
- Click on 'Send'

A confirmation message will display.
