This tutorial will assist you to send an automated booking confirmation email to your guests. This is the same kind of email a guest would receive if they booked online on your booking form which can be on your website or on a booking channel.
There will need to be an email address for the client on the 'edit made by client' in order for this feature to work. If you need help to see where to do this, please click on this tutorial.
Open the booking
Click on the booking to open the Booking Details and click on the 'Guest Communications' button.
Email the booking confirmation
Click on 'Email Booking Confirmation'.

Link sent successfully
If an email address is present within the guest details, a confirmation message will display.

Link was not successfully sent
If an email address field is empty within the guest details, an alert will display.
Add an email address to the guest details and try the 'Email Booking Confirmation' button again.
