You can view which arrivals and departures are due on the current day in Quick View. This can help you with your preparations for check-ins and check-outs.
Your Arrivals and Departures will show for all online and manual bookings.
If you're using an alternative Property Management System (PMS), such as Semper or ResRequest (etc.), this view will ONLY show bookings made online. Any manual bookings you've made on your PMS will not show in this view.

View your arrivals
Click on the Arrivals button.
- The guests who are due to arrive today will be listed. Their room, booking details and booking notes from the online channel or manual booking will be shown.
- In multi-room bookings, the guest name will be shown against each of the rooms in the booking.
- You can also view arrivals for tomorrow.
View your departures
Click on Departures.
- The guests who are due to depart today will be listed. Their room, booking details and booking notes from the online channel or manual booking will be shown.
- You can also view departures for tomorrow.
