Your Booking and Payment Status page acts as your single source of truth. It brings all the most important details together in one easy-to-read view so you can find your answers instantly.

How to access the page:
Simply click the 'View Booking and Payment Status' button next to any of your Recent Bookings (or whenever you are searching for a specific guest's details).
Once the page opens, it is broken down into a few handy sections:
Booking and Payment status information will appear for the particular booking
At the very top, you will see quick notification badges that give you an instant overview of the reservation. This tells you at a glance if a booking is perfectly fine, or if it has been Modified, Cancelled, Split, or Double-booked.

This section covers exactly who is coming and what they booked. It includes the guest's contact details, their room, their meal plan, and the number of nights they are staying. If there are any extra charges (like cleaning fees or corporate allowances), they will be neatly broken down under the Booking Notes.
For total peace of mind, this section tracks every transaction on the booking. You can easily see if a payment is Authorised, successfully Paid, or if there is a hiccup like a Delayed payment, a Failed 3DSecure process, or a Reversal/Refund.
