We built NightsBridge to be one system for everything, keeping all your important guest information right at your fingertips. Think of the search tool as your digital filing cabinet, letting you pull up any guest record in seconds so you can sleep better at night.
Locate the Search Tool on Your Main Menu
You can pull up any specific reservation quickly by using the unique NightsBridge booking identification number.
To start your search, look at the Main Menu located on the far left side of your screen. Click the magnifying glass search icon on that menu, and a dedicated search field will open up ready for the booking ID.
A search field will display.
Once the search field opens, simply
- type in the complete nine-digit NightsBridge booking identification number.
- Click the button labeled 'Go', and the system instantly pulls up the correct file.
The screen will automatically open the Booking and Payment Status page, giving you the entire financial and reservation story for that specific stay.
The Bookings & Payment Status page for the booking will opened.
