We built NightsBridge to be one system for everything, giving you a clear picture of your booking patterns over any period you choose. Think of the Quick View date search as your time machine for reservations. Looking back at when guests booked their stays helps you spot busy periods easily, letting you sleep better at night.
See Your Most Recent Reservations Instantly
When you open the Quick View page, the system automatically sorts your reservations based on the exact day the guest made the booking. The page displays the ten newest reservations right at the top.
This default view gives you an immediate snapshot of the latest activity at your guesthouse without requiring you to click any extra buttons.
Explore Your Reservations Over a Specific Timeframe
Sometimes you need to look further back to understand your booking patterns. You can easily view reservations for a specific period by clicking the Select Dates calendar drop-down menu and choosing your starting date.
The search timeframe always ends on the current day, giving you a complete list of reservations right up to the present moment. To keep the page loading quickly and running smoothly, the screen will display a maximum of two hundred bookings for whichever date range you pick.
Check the Exact Financial Details for Any Stay
Once you find the reservation you are looking for, checking the financial details takes only one click. You can open the Booking and Payment Status page to see the complete financial breakdown for that specific stay.
