This tutorial will assist you to add a room to a booking if a guest requests an additional room.
Open the Booking Details
- Click on the the booking you wish to add a room to.
The Booking Details will open.
Click 'Add'
Note that the Booking Details for the booking opened on the Guest Details panel of the specific room selected.
- Click on the 'Add' button.
Complete the 'Add Room' details by:
- Selecting the room to allocate
- Update the client details, if needed
- Change the applied rate, if needed
- Amend the occupancy as required
- Click 'Add Room'
The Booking Details will now display showing that two rooms are allocated to the booking.
Additional room action button will now be available.
- Click 'Save' at the bottom of the Booking Details.
- Close the Booking Details using the 'X'.
The added room will now display on the Online Calendar.
