This article will show you how to remove a booking from your NightsBridge calendar.
Bookings from connected booking channels should not be cancelled directly on NightsBridge. As the booking originated from the booking channel, a cancellation or amendment should always initiated with/by the booking channel.
Open the Booking Details
Click on the booking to open the Booking Details.
Click 'Cancel'
Click on the 'Cancel' button.
Confirm your action
Confirm that you want to cancel the booking by:
- enter the reason for the cancellation
- Click the 'Confirm' button.
Once confirmed, the Booking Details for the booking will close and the booking will not be visible on the Online Calendar.
