There are a few ways to access the Booking and Payment Status page.
- by searching for the booking
- via Quick View
- via the Payments page
- via the Booking Details
Click to select a method.
Click on the 'Search' field of the Main Menu
Enter the Booking ID into the search field and click on Go.
The Booking and Payments Status page will open.
Access Quick View.
- Click on the 'View Booking and Payment Status' button and the Booking and Payments Status page will open.
Each booking within either of the tabs - Recent Bookings, Arrivals or Departures - will have a 'View Booking and Payment Status' button.
Access the Payment page.
For the specific booking payment, click on the Booking ID displayed to open the Booking and Payment Status page of the booking.
Click on the booking to open the Booking Details.
Click on the 'View Payment Status and Booking History' button and the Booking and Payments Status page will open.
