If the 'Entered date on your NightsBridge Online Calendar (the date the booking was made) looks a little confusing (like seeing the month before the day!), it is simply because your calendar automatically uses the date format set by your computer's web browser.
Keeping your dates clear and easy to read helps you avoid booking mistakes and run a tighter ship. Here is how to quickly update your language settings in Google Chrome so your dates display perfectly.
The solution:
Step 1: Open your browser settings
While you have your calendar open,
- look for the Chrome menu button (those three little dots in the top right corner of your browser screen) and click on it.
- From that list, select 'Settings'.
- Once your settings open in a new tab, look for the 'Languages' option and click on it.
Step 2: Choose English (United Kingdom)
To get that standard Day/Month/Year (dd/MM/yyyy) format, you will need to make sure English (United Kingdom) is set as the display language and sitting at the very top of your language list!
If you see it on the list but it isn't at number 1:
- just click the three little dots next to it.
- and select 'Move to the top'.
If you don't see it on the list at all, no problem!
- Just click the 'Add languages' button,
- find and select English (United Kingdom),
- and click 'Add'.
Click on the 'Relaunch button' to refresh all you open browsers.
