Your Online Calendar can be displayed in either the Physical Room View or the Room Type View.
- The Physical Room View displays all the physical rooms along with their allocated bookings.
- The Room Type View displays the room type along with the remaining availability on the specific day.
Your Options:
Physical Room View
The Physical Room View lists the individual (physical) rooms and displays the individual bookings.
Room Type View
The Room Type View lists the room types and displays the availability.
- Clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the room type displays the bookings on the particular day.
How to change your Online Calendar view
- Click on the toggle switch to change between the available view options.
