See one or two weeks availability without zooming out
Have a walk-in guest while you're out? You can easily pull up your 1-week or 2-week calendar, swipe left or right to glide through your dates, and update your availability in a flash.
Click on the menu to add bookings, search for clients and more
You have full access to manage bookings, pull reports, or check a guest's profile straight from the menu button (3 dots).
You'll always have quick access to switch properties, along with all the familiar areas of your Property Menu.
Switch properties in just two taps
Open your Property Menu and tap 'Switch Properties' to get to your other calendars. This is incredibly handy when you're on the move and need to check on your other properties quickly.
Click on room to expand the name
Simply tap a room column to expand or collapse the room name. Collapsing the names is a handy way to free up the extra screen space you need to see a full week of your calendar.
Scrolling left and right to see more
Simply touch your screen and scroll from left to right on your online calendar. This lets you glide smoothly across your dates to see more of your calendar in an instant.
How to open your calendar on your mobile or tablet
- Open your browser: Start by opening your usual internet browser on your phone, like Chrome or Safari.
- Head to our site: Go to our login page at site.nightsbridge.com.
- Sign in: Pop in your normal login details.
- Open your calendar: Navigate to your calendar just as you always do.
The screen will automatically adjust to fit your phone perfectly. And the best part? Because you are working in real-time, any quick changes you make on your phone will instantly update across all your other devices!
