How to switch your calendar to Month view

While managing your day-to-day arrivals is incredibly important, sometimes you just need to step back and see the bigger picture. That’s where our Month View comes in!

Think of it as a helpful bird's-eye view of your property. Instead of scrolling day by day, this view lets you quickly spot your busiest times, celebrate your fully booked dates, and see exactly where you still have room to welcome more guests.

How to switch views in just two clicks

Switching over takes only a moment:

  1. On your calendar, look for the Days button and click it.
  2. Then select Month from the options.

And just like that, your calendar will update to show you the whole month at a glance.

If you are on your phone:

When you're logged into your calendar on your phone, the steps are just as simple:

  1. Tap the 1 Week view button at the top of your calendar.
  2. Tap on Month in the options.

Your calendar will update to show you the whole month.

Understanding your Month View

To keep your screen clean, uncluttered, and easy to read, the Month View uses simple, colored circles on days that have bookings to show your availability at a glance:

  • A fully-shaded circle means you are fully booked (no rooms available) for that day.
  • 🌗 A half-shaded circle means you have some bookings, but still have some rooms available to sell.
  • No circle at all means you have full availability on that date. Ready and waiting for bookings!

Moving back to your daily view

If you spot a date you want to look at more closely, you don't need to navigate back manually. Simply click or tap on any day in the Month view, and your calendar will instantly take you back to your daily view, highlighting that exact day so you can check all your booking details.

Public Holidays and Events

We've made sure you don't lose track of local happenings when looking at the bigger picture:

  • Public Holidays: These are still easily identified on each date, making it easy to spot upcoming long weekends and holiday rushes.
  • Events: If you have a single event saved, its name will show right on the date. If you have more than one event, the calendar will show the total number of events.

Want to see more details? Simply click on any public holiday or event to open up the Events window and view all the extra info.

It remembers your preference!

We know how annoying it is to reset your settings every time you open a program. That’s why our calendar will always remember the last view you chose. If you log out while looking at the Month View, it will be right there waiting for you the next time you log in.
