How to generate a booking confirmation

While guests who book online automatically receive a system confirmation, you will often need to send a manual confirmation to guests who book directly with you. We've made it incredibly simple to generate a professional document that you can easily personalise before sending off to your guest.

Here is how to quickly generate a confirmation document:

1. Open the booking details:

Start by clicking directly on the guest's booking on your calendar to open up their full Booking Details.

2. Find your communication tools:

Next, click on the 'Guest Communication' tab.

Generate the document:

Click on the 'Print Confirmation' button.

Open the file:

Depending on your specific web browser, a quick pop-up might appear asking if you want to open the document, or it might just download straight to your computer.

Simply click 'OK' or open the downloaded file.

Add your personal touch:

The document will neatly open up in your word processor, like Microsoft Word. From here, you can easily add a warm, custom greeting or make any desired changes before saving it and attaching it to an email or WhatsApp for your guest.
