You can set up NightsBridge to send an automated email to your guests to provide guest registration information before arrival. The automated email will be sent to guests one day before check-in at 17:00.

Go to Communications & Notifications
- On the Home page, scroll down and click on Communications & Notifications, under My Property / My Business
Update Scheduled Mails
- Scroll down then toggle to say 'Yes' to 'Automatically send a check-in registration email to guests at 17:00 the day before check-in?'
- Click Save.
The Automated Payment link emails will only apply to PayBridge and Alternative Payment Gateways that can use the credit card link on NightsBridge.
The guest will receive an email from you with the online registration link
- The automated email will be sent for guests with email addresses updated in Guest Details.
- The guest can complete the registration form.
An automated email will not be sent for same day bookings. Please send registration emails for same day bookings manually.
