How do I generate a confirmation document for a booking?

While guests that make online booking would generally receive a confirmation, you may need to send a booking confirmation to guests that book directly with you.
This document is ideal if you prefer to personalise a confirmation before attaching it to an email.

Open the booking

Click on the booking to open the Booking Details.

Click 'Guest Communication'.

Choose 'Print Confirmation'

Click 'Print Confirmation'.

Click on 'OK' if a pop-up appears to open the document

Depending on your web browser and settings, a prompt may appear to open the document or it will be downloaded onto your computer.
The pop-up may not look exactly like this example.

Your document should open up in your document editor (e.g. Microsoft Word)

If needed, once the document has downloaded, you can make the desired changes before saving the document.
If you want to send this to a guest, it would need to be attached to an email or another method of communication.
