A guest may want to change their meal plan.
For bookings from extranets or channels, which accommodate multiple meal plans, the booking must be changed with the extranet before the change is made on NightsBridge. This prevents problems with commission. For direct bookings, you can change this as needed.

Change the meal plan in NightsBridge
Choose the meal plan
- Click on the 'Rates' drop-down to display the available options.
- Select the new meal plan by clicking on it.
Confirm the change
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to update the rates.
- Select 'No' to access the rates for the booking.
Refresh rates
The rates of the previous meal plan will display.
- Click to 'Refresh' to update the rates to those associated with the new meal plan.
You will be asked to confirm that you want to refresh the rates.
- Click 'Yes' to refresh the rates.

Make sure the booking is changed on the extranet or channel before updating the meal plan on NightsBridge
Contact the guest and request that they change the meal plan for the booking directly with the extranet or channel.
