You may want to send the guest a registration link prior to arrival or on check-in so that guests can provide you with their details.
The purpose of online guest registration and when to send it.
The online registration is a paperless method for guests to provide their information. Once the form is complete, the guest profile on NightsBridge is automatically updated.
We recommend sending the registration after the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid.
The registration will need to be completed for every guest in the room or unit. If it's a multi-room or multi-unit booking, you will need to send one form per room or unit.
How the registration form works
There are 3 options available.
- Copy registration link
- Email registration link
- View registration link
1. Copy Registration link
You can generate and copy the link to include in an email, WhatsApp or SMS. When copied, the link will automatically go into your computer's clipboard. You can then paste it into your chosen communication method to send to the guest.
2. Email Registration link
This will automatically send the link to the guest within an email. This is possible when an email address is already available in the guests profile on NightsBridge.
3. View Registration
This will allow you to see the completed registration form. You will only use this button once the guest has completed the registration form.
