How to add the details of a second guest to a booking

When accommodating sharing guests, should you have information on the second guest, this can be added to the booking.

Open the booking

Click on the booking to open the Booking Details.

Add the second guest information

Click on the 'Change Guest' icon alongside the '2nd Guest field.

Has this guest stayed with you before?

Search and select the existing client

The client's details will already be on your system.

  1. Use the search fields to find the existing client details.
  2. Select the existing guest details from the search results displayed.
    The selected guest details will be added as the second guest.
  1. Searching for and using existing guest details for return guest bookings ensures that you do not create duplicate guest or client details on NightsBridge. 

Note that the displayed information for the second guest has updated.

You will know that a guest has not stayed with you before by first searching for the details of the guest. If you do not see this, you will need to add a new client.

Click 'Add Client'

Complete the client details by adding the information you have to the available fields.
The mandatory fields are indicated as 'Required'

Click on 'Save' once done.

Note that the displayed information for the second guest has updated.

Congratulations, you are done!
