How do I add the nationality of a guest?

Updating the nationality of your guests is a good way to get a better understanding of your market and where you could focus on marketing more. 

This tutorial will guide you through adding or changing the nationality of your guest on NightsBridge.

Search for the client you would like to edit

  1. Click on 'Clients',
  2. Select 'Client Search'
    Once you have click on 'Client Search', the search window will open.

Search for an exiting client by entering their name or ClientID

Enter the name in the empty field or in the "ClientID" field.

Click on the guest when you find Him/Her

The 'Edit Client' page will open "

Click on 'Extra Info'.

Click to expand the drop-down menu next to 'Attribute'

Once you have clicked on the drop-down menu, select 'Nationality'.

Add the value which will be the nationality of the guest.

Once you have selected 'Nationality as the 'Attribute', you will then need to add the 'Value'.
Type in the clients nationality as the 'Value'.

Keep the nationalities standard.
For example, if a guest is from Switzerland, don't say Swiss-German or Switzerland. Add 'Swiss' to make the reports easier to group. 

Click on 'Save'

Once you have clicked 'Save',  the 'Client Search' screen will open.
This can then be closed.
