If the guest on a booking changes you update this in your calendar.
Open the booking in you calendar
Click on the booking which you need to change.
Click Change Guest
Click the Change Guest icon.
Has the new guest stayed with you before?
You will need to add a new client.
Click "Add Client"
Enter the new guest's details
- Add the details for the new client. Please look at our tutorial on how to add a guest or client to NightsBridge if you need more information on how to do that. In this example, we want to change the guest from Isaac Michelucci to Annie Schmidt.
- Save.
Guest details have been changed.
- In the Booking Details window, the guest details have now been changed.
- Save the booking.
You will need to search for the client. This will prevent you from creating duplicate client records in your calendar.
Search for the existing client
- Type in any of the fields to search for an existing client. A list of possible matches will appear. In this example, we want to change the guest from Isaac Michelucci to Joshua Hatterson.
- Click to select the client you want from the results.
Guest details have been changed.
- In the Booking Details window, the guest details have now been changed.
- Save the booking.
