When a familiar name pops up or a regular corporate client wants to make a new reservation, it is incredibly helpful to see exactly when they have stayed with you before! Checking a guest's past booking history helps you deliver that perfect, personal touch. Instead of digging through old calendar months, you can bring up their complete history in a few quick clicks.
Here is exactly how to do it:
Step 1: Open your Client History
Simply click on 'Clients' at the top of your Online Calendar screen and select 'Client History' from the drop-down menu. This will instantly open up a quick search window for you.
Step 2: Search for the specific guest or company
Start typing the guest's first name, surname, or the company's name directly into the search field. The system will start bringing up a list of possible matches for you to choose from.
Step 3: View their complete history
Once you spot the right client from the search results, simply click on their name or Client ID. Their entire booking history will neatly appear right below!
You will instantly be able to see a list of all their past stays, including their Booking IDs, arrival and departure dates, the total number of nights they stayed, and the total cost of the booking.
You will also easily see if they have visited you just once, or if they have made multiple bookings with you over the years.
