How to view a client's booking history

Click on 'Clients' and select 'Client History'.

  1. Click on 'Clients',
  2. Select 'Client History' (from the dop-down menu).
    Once you have click on 'Client History', the search window will open.

Search for the specific client

To search for a specific existing client, start typing either the first name, surname or company name of that specific client into the relevant field.
Possible matches will be displayed.

Select the client

Once you have selected the client by clicking on the name or client ID you see, the booking history will appear below. This will provide you with the Booking ID, arrival and departure dates, as well as the amount of nights and the total of the booking. You will see if there is only one booking or more than one booking for this client.
