A client can be added, for future use, without having to create a booking.
Should you want to add a client during the time of creating or modifying bookings, please look at our tutorials on how to do that.
- Click 'Clients'.
- Select 'Client Search' from the drop-down menu.

We recommend that you always conduct a search first to ensure that a duplicate client is not created.
To search, type in the provided fields and review the search results that display.
If no results of an existing client appear, click 'Add Client'.

Add client's details.
- Pick a 'Type' of client from the drop-down list. Types include:
- Individual
- Company
- Travel Agent
- Tour Operator
- Add client's Name and Surname.
- Add a company name or search for one.
- Add the contact details.
Note that the Client ID will only be generated once the new client information has been saved.
Complete the available tabs
Extra information
Click the button with a plus (+) icon to add extra information from a list of attributes. These include:
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Cellphone Number
- ID / Passport
- Nationality
- Country of Residence
- Dietary Requirements
- Other
- Type
- Segment

You can link your client to a specific Rate Sheet or add any notes about this client.

The remaining tabs (Accounts Transactions & History) will populate with information once there is activity on this client.
