How to update existing Client Login details

Keeping your regular clients' details up to date ensures their booking process is always smooth and hassle-free. If you have already created a Client Login for a specific guest or agent, but need to update their information, we have made it incredibly simple. This guide will walk you through exactly how to find their profile and make those changes.

1. Find the Client ID

First, let us track down the unique ID linked to your client's login.

  • Click on 'Channel Management' in your main menu.
  • Select 'Booking Engine'.
  • Then click on the 'Client Login' tab.
  • Look for your client's name, and right next to it, you will clearly see their Client ID. Jot this number down or copy it, as we will need it for the next step!

2. Search for the client in your Calendar

Now that we have the ID, let us find their main profile.

  • Select 'Calendar' from your main menu.
  • Click on the 'Search' icon and choose 'Client Search' from the drop-down list.
  1. Type the Client ID you found earlier into the search box.
  2. Click on the client in the search results so that you can open their profile to update their information.

3. Update and save their information

  1. You can now easily edit any of the information on their profile that needs updating.
  2. Once everything looks perfectly up to date, simply hit the 'Save' button to safely lock in your changes.
