How to update existing Client Login details

You may need to update information for a client that you have created a Client Login. This tutorial will guide you through the process of editing details for existing clients that have a client login.

Get the Client ID

To go to the Client Login tab:

  • Select 'Channel Management' from the Main Menu.
Click on Client Login under Web Info

Select 'Booking Engine'

  • Click on 'Client Login'

Note the Client ID

You can see the Client ID next to the Client Name on the Client Login tab.

Go to your Calendar

  • Select Calendar on the Main Menu.
Click on Client Login under Web Info

Search using the Client ID

  1. Click the 'Clients' icon.
  2. Select Client Search.
  1. Type in the client ID.
  2. Select the client so that you can update the information.

Update the client's information

  1. Edit the information that needs updating.
  2. Save your changes when you are done.
