How to email the online guest registration link to a guest

Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, an email with a link to an online guest registration form can be sent to the guest.
When the form is completed by the guest, the guest profile information will automatically update with the provided information.

The email can either triggered individually or you can set NightsBridge to send the registration emails automatically, one day before check-in at 17:00.

Click on the booking

Click on 'Guest Communications'.

Click the 'Guest Communications' button.

Select 'Email Registration Link'.

If no email address is available for the guest an alert to update the email address will appear.

Should the email address be available, a notification that the guest registration link was sent successfully will display.

The guest will receive an email providing them with a link to the online registration form.

Once opened the guest is able to complete the online registration form which will automatically update the guest information on NightsBridge.
