How to email an online guest registration link

Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, an email with a link to an online guest registration form can be sent to the guest.
When the form is completed by the guest, the guest profile information will automatically update with the provided information.

The email can either triggered individually or you can set NightsBridge to send the registration emails automatically, one day before check-in at 17:00.

Click on the booking

Send the registration email

Click 'Guest Communications' on the booking details.

 Click 'Email Registration Link' on the window that opens.

If there is no email address for the guest you will see an alert to update the email address for this guest.
You can edit this by following the steps in our tutorial 'How to view or edit the 'made by' client details'.

Should the email address be provided, a notification that the guest registration link was sent successfully will display.

The guest will be able to complete the registration form which will automatically update the guest information on NightsBridge.
