How to view the booking and payment status of a booking

Clicking on the View Booking and Payments Status button opens a page that brings together key booking and payment status information from multiple sources into one single view. So you can find the answers you need, right when you need them.

Click to View Booking and Payment Status

Click on the View Booking and Payment Status button. In this example, we want to view booking and payment status for Recent Bookings.

Booking and Payment status information will appear for the particular booking

Booking Status
  • Booking status with no notification badges.
  • Cancelled and Removed booking notification badges.
  • Modified booking notification badge.
  • Split-leg booking notification badge.
  • Double-booking notification badge.
Booking Details

Contact Details

  • These are the contact details of the person who made the booking.

Room Details

These details tell you:

  • Which room is booked.
  • What meal plan it's booked on.
  • How many nights it is booked for.

Booking Notes

These details will show a split of how the total amount is made up, when a booking is made including any or a combination of the following:

  • extras
  • corporate allowances
  • cleaning fees.
Payment Status

Payment Statuses show up on each transaction. The different statuses include:

  • Waiting for Authorisation
  • Authorised
  • Paid (with the transfer date)
  • Reversal/Refund
  • Payment on Hold
  • Disputed payment
  • 3DSecure process failed
  • Delayed payment
Payment Recon

All payments made into your bank account from NightsBridge, through either PayBridge or CAPS, will be listed under Payment Recon.

Booking History

This section will show you the details of the booking when it was originally made. This is useful if you need to compare changes made to a booking.

Any changes to the booking will can be seen in the Booking Notes section of Booking Details.
