How to email a booking confirmation to your guests

This tutorial will assist you to send an automated booking confirmation email to your guests. This is the same kind of email a guest would receive if they booked online on your booking form which can be on your website or on a booking channel.

There will need to be an email address for the client on the 'edit made by client' in order for this feature to work. If you need help to see where to do this, please click on this tutorial.

Open the booking

Click on the booking, and scroll down to the 'Guest Communications' button.

Email the booking confirmation

Click the button that says 'Email Booking Confirmation'.
