How to generate booking details to use in a quote

Booking quotation information can be generated from the NightsBridge calendar to included in a quote.
When an enquiry is received, a quote can be used to provide the guest with the cost of accommodation before making a confirmed booking.

This feature generates information that can be copied and included in an email quote, or another communication method, sent to a potential guest.
Once the quote details are added to an email or another communication method, the information can be edited to personalise it for your property.

This quote feature should only be used for booking enquiries of one room.
It is not recommend to use this feature for multi-room bookings, a booking with a package deal or bookings using STO rate sheets.

For multi-room bookings, package deals or bookings using STO rate sheets, a provisional booking can be created on your calendar. A pro forma invoice for the provisional booking can then be generated and sent to the potential booker or guest.
