Public holidays often mean long weekends, fully booked rooms, and higher demand. Instead of manually checking your diary to see when the next holiday is coming up, you can easily set your Online Calendar to automatically display them for you. It’s a great way to stay one step ahead of the rush!
Here is how to quickly turn this feature on:
1. Open your Tools:
- While looking at your Online Calendar, simply click on 'Tools' to open your drop-down menu.
- Select 'Preferences', and a quick settings window will pop right up.
2. Turn on the holidays:
- Just tick the little checkbox next to 'Display National Holidays'.
- Click 'Save' and you are all set!
Once activated, your Online Calendar will be populated with the national public holidays as events on your calendar.
Now, whenever a national holiday is approaching, it will automatically populate as a handy event right on your calendar. If you are ever unsure what a specific holiday is, just hover your mouse over the event, and the name will neatly display for you.
