How to Find a Guest’s Booking and Payment Status

Whether you want to quickly check if a guest’s deposit has cleared or review their full payment history, getting to their Booking and Payment Status page is simple. Because everyone works a little differently, we’ve given you four easy ways to find it, no matter where you are in the system

Expand or collapse content 1. The quickest route: Use the search bar

If you have the guest's Booking ID handy, simply click on the 'Search' field in your Main Menu.

Type in the number, and click 'Go'. This will jump you straight to their status page!

Expand or collapse content 2. From your Quick View dashboard

Checking your daily movements? If you are looking at your Recent Bookings, Arrivals, or Departures tabs in Quick View, you'll see a handy 'View Booking and Payment Status' button next to each guest.

Just give it a click.

Expand or collapse content 3. While working on your Payments page

If you are already busy looking through your Payments page and spot the booking you want to check, simply click directly on the Booking ID number. The full status page will open right up for you.

Expand or collapse content 4. Straight from your Calendar's Booking Details

If you are on your calendar, click on any guest's booking to open up their full Booking Details.

From there, just click the 'View Payment Status and Booking History' button.
