BridgeIT draws the date format from the settings of your web browser and so these steps will show you how to change the format to your preferred one in Chrome.
Click on the icon with the 3 dots on the top right to customize and control Google chrome
Click on settings to open the browser settings
Once you have selected settings you can then search for languages in the top search bar or you can scroll to the language settings
Click on the 3 dots next to your preferred language
If your preferred language does not show, you need to add the language.
- To get the dd/MM/yyyy format, you will need to select English (United Kingdom).
- Tick off 'Display Google Chrome in this language'.
- Click on Relaunch.
Once you clicked on the 3 dots all you will need to do is click "move to the top" in order for it to update correctly.
Go back to BridgeIT and click on reload
When you clicked on refresh, the screen will reload so that the changes can take effect
Open the booking to check if the date format has changed
Once you opened the booking please make sure that the date format has changed.
