The below tutorial will show you how to resize your calendar view in BridgeIT.
Some people might have different size computer screens and BridgeIT will automatically scale to make text and screen elements as legible as possible. The steps below will show you how to change this scale.
Open BridgeIT on any web browser
Enter your BBID and password
Observe the current calendar scale.
The default scale of BridgeIT is 100% on your browser and so, if you have a smaller screen, you might only see some of your rooms. This will also limit the amount of weeks you can see in advance.
To show more rooms, hold down "Ctrl" on your keyboard and scroll down with your mouse.
If you do not have a mouse, you can use the "+" and "-" buttons on your keyboard.
Depending on your screen size, reducing the scale to 60 - 80% works best.
Refresh your Web browser
To refresh the screen, you can either "right click on your mouse and refresh" or hold in Ctrl and F5 on your keyboard to refresh.
Check that the changes have been saved
The scale you've adjusted will be saved per computer and will not affect any other users of the system. It will also be saved so that it will be the same scale every time you login.
