How to move a booking to a different clients account

If the client responsible for paying the invoice changes, you need to update the new client in the booking.

Open the booking you would like to move

Click on the booking in your calendar.

Click on View Account.

Move the booking to the other client

Select the booking.

Click on Move it to another client.

Who is the booking moving to?

Search for the existing client

On the Client Search pop-up screen:

  1. Type in any of the fields to search for an existing client. A list of possible matches will appear.
  2. Click to select the client you want from the results. In this example Fran Westwood will now be responsible for the invoice.

The booking has now been moved to the other client.

  1. Check that the Invoice To details have changed.
  2. Save.

Click Add Client on the Client Search pop-up screen. In this example, we want to change the person responsible to Richard Fernandez.

Update client information

Add client type, names and contact details
  1. Pick a client type from the drop-down list. Types include:
    • Individual
    • Company
    • Travel Agent
    • Tour Operator
  2. Add client's Name and Surname.
  3. Add a company name or search for one.
  4. Add contact details.
Record VAT/Address details
  • Click on VAT/Address tab.
  • Update:
    • VAT No.
    • Address
Record more phone numbers, ID and passport details, nationality and country of residence
  • Click on Extra Information tab.
  • Click the button with a plus (+) icon to add extra information from a list of attributes.
  • Update:
    • Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    • Cellphone Number
    • ID / Passport
    • Nationality
    • Country of Residence
  • Click on Additional tab.
  • You can choose to link your client to a Rate Sheet or add any notes for this client.

Save your changes

The booking has now been moved to the other client.

  1. Check that the Invoice To details have changed.
  2. Save.
Congratulations, you are done!
