If a specific client responsible for paying the invoice changes, the charges can be moved to a different clients account.
Charges are then moved to a different invoice account, while the 'Booking Made By' information remains unchanged.
Open the booking you need to move
- Click on the booking in your calendar.
- Click 'View Account' on the booking details screen.

Move the booking to the other client
Select the charge you would like to move.
Click 'Move it to another client'.
This means that the person that the is paying for the invoice is different. This will not change the guest details or their name.
Bookings can move to existing clients or brand new clients
Search for the existing client
On the 'Client Search' pop-up screen:
- Use the fields to search for the existing client. Depending on what you have typed in the field(s), a list of possible matches will appear.
- Click on the appropriate client in the search results.

The booking has now been moved to the other client.
- Check that the 'Invoice To' details have changed.
- Click 'Save'.
On the 'Client Search' pop-up screen:
- Use the fields to search for the existing client. Depending on what you have typed in the field(s), a list of possible matches will appear.
- If you notice there are no matches, this means you need to capture the full details of the new client.
- Click 'Add Client' once you have added the details of the person responsible for the invoice.

Type in the clients name and select 'Add Client'.
