You can produce a statement for a guest if you or the guest would like to see a summary of their account transactions.
Open the account
Click on a booking.
Click View Account.
Open the statement
- The Account Summary will appear.
- Click Statement.
Choose to either:
- Show all transactions, or
- Show outstanding transactions.
Then click Download.
Choose Open or Save File to open or download the statement.
The statement shows all outstanding invoices for the guest.
