How do I issue a journal entry?

Note: This is a new feature to the NightsBridge calendar. A journal entry is used when you have to make an adjustment on the clients account, or write something off.

Click on 'Clients'

Search for the client and click on their name

Click on 'Transactions'

Click 'Add'

Complete the fields for the transaction

  1. Chose 'Journal' as the type of transaction.
  2. Choose the date.
  3. Add a negative amount.
  4. Add the reference.
  5. Click 'Save'.

View Transactions

You can see all transactions under 'Edit client'. You will see the journal entry added as a transaction.
