Whenever you need to track down an account, just follow these easy steps:

- Look for the handy search tool in your calendar and click on it.
- Select Accounts from the menu.
3. Search with what you know
You don't need every detail to find them! Just pop whatever information you have, like their surname, account ID, company name, or booking reference, into the search fields.
Looking for outstanding payments?
If you have guests checking out and want to ensure everyone is fully paid up, just filter your search by the 'Uninvoiced' status. This will bring up a handy list of all your unsettled accounts.
