How to search for an account?

Please use a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari to display this page.

You can search for any account from the tabs available on your Online Calendar.
This lets you to view your uninvoiced or closed accounts, as well as search for an account reference used.

Click on Accounts

  1. Click on the 'Accounts' tab.
  2. Select 'Accounts' from the drop-down menu.

Search for the account

If you looking for a specific account, add the account information into the available search fields.

Searches can be done using an account ID, surname, reference, company or status.

Looking for outstanding accounts?

Searching by the 'Uninvoiced' status will provide a list of unsettled accounts. This can be helpful to ensure all guests that will be checking out have paid for their bookings.

Click on the account to open it

The search results will display.
In this example, we're searching for account ID 131.

View the Account Summary

If the account is already settled in full, a pop-up message offer to generate the invoice.

Is the account ready to be invoiced?

You have the following options:

  • Click 'Yes' if the account is ready to be invoiced.
  • Click 'No' to go to the Account Summary.
  • Click 'No'.

The Account Summary will display.

Congratulations, you are done!
