How to Manually Change a Booking's Deposit Amount

Sometimes you might agree to let a guest pay a slightly different deposit upfront, or perhaps you need to adjust their required payment before sending them a payment link. Adjusting the required deposit amount for a specific booking is incredibly easy! Here is exactly how to do it:

Changing this amount simply updates the specific deposit requirement shown when your guest views their manually generated NightsBridge Pay credit card link. It ensures they know exactly what they need to pay according to your agreed-upon deposit policy!

Step 1: Open the booking

Step 2: Update the deposit amount

Look for the 'Deposit' amount field, which is sitting right next to the 'Calculate Deposit' button.

Simply click into that field and manually type in the new deposit amount you want the guest to pay.

Step 3: Save your changes

Once you have entered the new amount, simply click 'Save'.

Your updated deposit amount will now automatically show up on the guest's NightsBridge Pay credit card link!
