How to View the Account Balance of a Booking

When a guest is standing at your reception desk ready to check out, or calling you on a busy morning, the last thing you want to do is keep them waiting while you dig through complicated billing screens. You want to find their balance quickly so you can send them on their way with a warm smile.

Here is how you can find exactly what a guest owes in just three quick clicks:

Step 1: Open the Booking Details

Head to your calendar and click directly on the specific booking you want to check. This will instantly open the Booking Details window on your screen.

Step 2: View the account

Look for the panel labeled Account. Click the 'View Account' button, and the system will pull up the guest's full Account Summary.

Step 3: Check the outstanding balance

Take a quick look at the amount displayed to the right of the word Outstanding. That is the exact amount your guest needs to settle.
