How to manually change the deposit amount on the booking details

The deposit amount that displays when a guest views a manually generated credit card payment link can be changed. The deposit amount indicates what amount the guest needs to pay according to the agreed upon deposit policy.

The deposit amount provided to a guest for a specific booking can be changes onto the guest, you will need to update the deposit amount on the booking in your calendar.

Open the booking

Edit the value in the "Deposit" box.

In the amount field, next to the Calculate Deposit button, manually change the amount to whatever the guest needs to pay.

Click on "Save" to update the new deposit amount on the booking.

If you would like the deposit percentage that you would normally charge from your deposit and cancellation policy, you can click the calculate deposit button:
