How to update whether you accept same-day bookings or not

Same-day bookings are bookings made on the day of arrival.
You are able to set whether the property accepts same-day bookings or not within the NightsBridge Setup.

Click on Step 4: Deposit and Booking Policy

Scroll down to Minimum Advanced Stays

Do you accept same-day bookings at the property?

Update the settings to accept same-day bookings

  1. Under 'Accept same-day bookings?', click on the drop-down menu and select 'Yes'.
  2. Click to expand the 'Cut-off time' drop-down menu and select the latest time you are willing to accept a same-day booking.
    e.g. Should 10:00 be selected, guests will have until 10:00 on the specific day to make a booking for arrival that same day.
    If you're confident that you would always be ready to accept a same-day booking at any time, scroll down on the time drop-down and select 'No Cut Off'.
  3. Select whether you would like this information to be sent to the connected Booking.com listing or not.

Save and publish

Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page

Click to Publish your changes so that they take effect.

Test the setting on your online booking channels
  • Some online booking channels are not able to receive the same day restrictions set in NightsBridge.
  • Please test the restriction on your online booking channels and ask the channel to update directly if needed.

Update the settings to not accept same-day bookings

You may not want to receive same-day bookings but would rather prefer a specific number of lead days before arrival.

  1. Under 'Accept same-day bookings?', click on the drop-down menu and select 'No'.
  2. Click to expand the 'Minimum days in advance' drop-down menu and select 'Yes'.
  3. Add the number of days, prior to arrival, you would like to accept bookings.
  4. Click to expand the 'Cut-off time' drop-down menu and select the latest time you are willing to accept a booking.
  5. Select whether you would like this information to be sent to the connected Booking.com listing or not.

Save and publish

Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page

Click to Publish your changes so that they take effect.
