How to Set Up a Multi-Day Package (one price for entire stay).

Use the Multi-Day package to create a special for your Booking Form.

Offer a 'stay-for-x-nights, get x free' package,  or a discount when a guest stays a certain number of nights.

The Multi-Day package will appear on your Booking Form and certain local channels e.g. SA Places, Sleeping Out, Rooms for Africa.

The international booking websites do not use our specials and packages. This will need to be managed directly on these websites (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda).

Open the NightsBridge Setup

Please look at our tutorial on How to access Setup if you need more information on how to do this.

Click on Specials & Packages.

Click on Add.

Create a Package Code and choose whether to display on Own Site Only?

Create a Package Code - type in a code in the field provided.

Create a code that easily identifies your special.

Do not use the same code twice.

This will be helpful when applying your special rate to a client, in your NightsBridge calendar.

Own Site Only? Choose Yes / No from the drop down arrow.

YES means your special will appear on your own website only.

NO means your special will appear on your own website and certain of the partner websites (e.g. SA Places, Sleeping Out, Rooms for Africa, SafariNow etc.)

NB: We cannot display your Specials & Packages on the Extranets (e.g. Booking.com/Expedia/AirBnB, and Travelground, Afristay)

We suggest using Special Rate Overrides should you wish to add the special to these websites.
