If you no longer sell a room type online, you can delete it. All the content from the room type will be permanently removed.
When you delete a room type in NightsBridge, the room type will automatically be removed from your local booking sites. You will need to manually remove the room type from your international booking sites.
Deleting a room type will not delete the physical rooms linked to the room type. The physical rooms will still appear on your calendar to be used for manually capturing bookings.

Delete the Room Type from NightsBridge
Open the NightsBridge Setup
Please look at our articles on how to access Setup if you need more information on how to do this.
Click on Step 2 Setup Rooms
Click on Room Types
Remove your Room Types
Click on the Room Type name. In this example, we want to delete Family Room.
- Scroll to the end of the screen.
- Click on Delete.
- Click OK .
Save your Changes
- Click Menu.
- Click to Publish your changes.
Changes are complete
Your changes are now published.
Delete the room type from your international booking sites
- Go to your Links Manager.
- See which International Booking Sites you are signed up to.
- Contact the booking sites directly and ask them to delete the room type.
