You're able to provide bookers with a Room Type booking link. Each a Room Type link will display the room types separately, on your NightsBridge Booking Engine.
The difference between your normal Booking Engine and a Room Type booking link
Booking Engine Display
Once opened, your default NightsBridge Booking Engine with display all your room types.
- Here you can see that both the Single and Twin room types are displayed. Additional room types would follow.
Room Type Booking Link Display
When a Room Type booking link is opened, your Booking Engine will display the relevant room type only.
- Here you can see that once opened, the Room Type booking link for the King Suite only displays the King Suite.
How to create a Room Type link
Go to your Room Types
- Select 'Setup' from the Main Menu.
- Click on 'Setup Rooms'
- Click on 'Room Types'
Note down the Room Type ID
- Click on the room type you want to create the link for.
- Note the Room Type ID
You will use this/these digits when creating the Room Type booking link.
Create the Room Type Booking link
- Use this URL as the base for your link.
Click to copy
Amend the URL to create the link
Copy, paste and change the link to include both your BBID and the Room Type ID:
- Replace the 'xxxxx' within the URL to your BBID.
It should look something like this: https://book.nightsbridge.com/31710?bbrtid=xx - Replace the 'xx' at the end of the URL to your Room Type ID.
It should then look something similar to this: https://book.nightsbridge.com/31710?bbrtid=3
That's it!
You now have the individual Room Type booking link.
