This tutorial will show you how to edit the name(s) of your physical room(s) in the NightsBridge Setup program, so that they are updated accordingly on the NightsBridge calendar.
Open the NightsBridge Setup
See our tutorial on how to access your NightsBridge setup.
Click on Step 2: Setup Rooms
Click on Rooms
Click on the button with the pencil icon next to the room name which you would like to edit
Edit the room name by typing into the field
Enter the physical name of the room i.e. the name that appears on the door or the key to the room (like Room A, Blue Room, Lily Room), NOT the name of the room type (like Single or Double room).
The room name isn't displayed online. It's only displayed on your NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge).
Click on OK
The room name has been updated accordingly
Repeat the above steps to edit the names of the other rooms, if necessary.
When you are finished, click on Save
Click on Exit
Click on Publish
The change(s) to the room name(s) will now be successfully updated on the NightsBridge server.
