TravelIT will send you an email with the voucher to process payment once a booking has been confirmed. Bookings are usually confirmed by TravelIT, within 24-36 hours of being made.
Should you not receive the email, you can download the voucher as well.
Search for the booking ID on the Main Menu
- Click on the menu icon (three lines) on the blue side bar to the left of the screen.
The Main Menu will expand. - Type in the NightsBridge booking ID (NBID) in the search bar.
- Click 'Go'.
- The details for that booking will open.
Scroll down until you see the Click here for Voucher button. - Click 'Click here for Voucher'.
Voucher instructions
- The voucher will show the selected payment option and which extras may be included in the booking.
- There will be instructions to guide you in processing the payment.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the voucher.
- Click on 'Here' (blue text) to process payment for the booking.
