How to know if corporate allowances have been added to a booking

Corporate allowances are generally provided to cover meals but could also include parking costs, laundry services and more. The information regarding corporate allowances for a specific booking are communicated in the booking notification email and the Booking & Payment Status.

Go to the Booking and Payment Status page

Once you have opened the Booking and Payment Status page, the specific meal(s) and budgeted allowance for each are provided the Notes section  

  • Scroll to the Booking History and view the Notes for any allowances.

The amount provided in the Notes section is the total amount for that allowance for the duration of the stay.  When NightsBridge settles the accommodation with you, these allowances will be included in the booking payment.
