If a booking needs to be modified, TWF will contact you directly to make the required changes to the booking. Some manual steps need to be followed to apply the changes.

- Travel with Flair (TWF) Rivonia (Johannesburg)
Booking modification process
- The guest makes a change to the booking directly with TWF.
- TWF calls you, the property, to make the modification to the booking in your calendar.
- TWF confirms the changes with the guest and the property via email.
- You, the property, update the changes manually on your NightsBridge calendar. Booking modifications are not updated automatically.
- If a booking has too many modifications, it is preferable for the property to cancel the booking and request TWF to rebook with the modifications.
