When a guest makes a corporate booking through TravelIT, the booking is usually confirmed within 24 to 36 hours. Once that happens, TravelIT will automatically email you a handy voucher so you can process the payment.
However, we know that busy inboxes can sometimes swallow emails! If you haven't received yours, don't worry. You can easily download the voucher directly from your NightsBridge system.
Here is how to grab your voucher in a few quick steps:
Find the booking:
Simply use the search bar on your Main Menu to look up the guest's Booking ID. This will jump you straight to their Booking and Payment Status page.
Download it:
Once their details open up, scroll down the page until you spot the 'Click for Payment' button. Give it a click, and the voucher will instantly download and save straight to your computer.
What to look for on your voucher:
When you open the voucher, it will clearly outline everything you need to know, including:
- the selected payment option and
- any extra charges that have been included in their booking.
It will also give you simple instructions on how to actually process the payment.
When you are ready, just scroll to the very bottom of the voucher and click the word 'Here' (it will be in blue text) to get the payment processed.
