Seeing a "payment failed" message when you're trying to process a corporate booking is enough to make anyone a little nervous. But take a deep breath! TravelIT payments are fully guaranteed, which means your money is completely safe.
If a payment doesn't go through on the first try, it usually just means the banking system needs a little time to catch up.
Here is what you should do:
1. Give it a little time:
There is no need to immediately escalate the issue to TravelIT or NightsBridge. Simply give the system 24 to 36 hours to reset.
2. Try again:
After a day or so, just try to process the payment again. Nine times out of ten, it will go through perfectly!
