How to contact a Travelport Hotelzon guest

Sometimes a booking may appear without a guest email address. This is expected behaviour and usually depends on how the booking was created or which agent it originated from.

In these cases, the booking is still valid and actionable. The contact details are simply handled differently.

Why email addresses aren’t always displayed

Guest email addresses are not always shared with the property when:

  • The booking is made via an agent or third-party channel.
  • The channel or agent chooses to retain the guest’s direct contact details.
  • Privacy or data-sharing restrictions apply.

This helps ensure guest data is handled in line with each channel’s policies.

How to contact the guest

If a guest email address is not visible on the booking:

  • Check the Booking Notes section.
  • Use the contact number provided to reach out to the Agent.
  • Direct any booking-related questions or requests through the agent.

The agent will liaise with the guest on your behalf if needed.

What this means for the property

  • The booking is confirmed and secure.
  • No action is required to “request” the email address.
  • Communication should be routed via the agent listed on the booking.

This ensures clear communication while respecting channel agreements and guest privacy.
