How to apply a package rate to a booking

You can apply a package rate to a booking that you have made manually in your calendar.

Make sure that the package is valid for the room type and dates booked.

Update the Rates

Open the Booking Details.

  1. Click on the 'Rates' drop-down.
  2. Select the Package you want applied.
  3. Click on 'Save'.
    A pop-up message will appear.
  • Select 'No' on the confirmation pop-up message.
    This will direct your to the 'View Rates' window.
  • Click on the 'Refresh' button.
  • Select 'Yes' on the confirmation pop-up message.
    This will refresh the rates to those set for the package you selected.

Note that the daily rates and booking total have updated according to those set for the selected package.

  • Click on 'Save'
  • Click on the 'Calculate Deposit' button to refresh the deposit based on your booking policies.

Confirm that the deposit amount has updated.

  • Click on 'Save' and close the Booking Details.

Where this information displays

Once the booking is updated, the package information will be noted on the booking confirmation and invoicing for the booking.
